Who are we and what is our role in the Startup universe?
Singular Spark was born from the dream of entrepreneur Felipe
Borges de Carvalho, born in São José dos Campos – SP.
Today, aged 42, he lives in Valencia, Spain, where he
has a subsidiary of an Austrian company, being director and
team responsible.
Felipe’s story proves his conviction that is
possible to succeed anywhere in the world.
He comes from a lower middle class family with a father
merchant and teacher mother and left her hometown
in 1999, as a gas station attendant.
During his university education in Germany,
worked as a software tester and as a programmer.
At the same time, he worked for a toy store and
proposed to open a virtual store, being very successful for two
years, also demonstrating its attitude with the
Business.
Finishing university, Felipe went to Wolfsburg
(Volkswagen Headquarters) to work in a company
global player in the logistics sector as IT project manager and
dealing with large customers like Volkswagen,
Porsche and BMW.

In parallel, he worked for a toy store and proposed opening a virtual store, being very successful for two years, also demonstrating his attitude towards business.
After finishing university, Felipe went to Wolfsburg (Volkswagen headquarters) to work in a global company in the logistics sector as an IT project manager and dealing with large customers such as Volkswagen, Porsche and BMW.
After professional changes, he moved to Leipzig, started a master’s degree, working in several companies in the technology sector, always as a programmer.
Standing out as a technical member who managed to adapt the characteristic of the software to the business.
His talent to really bridge the gap between IT and businesses is emerging.
Upon finishing his master’s, he opted for SAP , which is the largest software company in all of Europe.
For that, he went to Vienna, Austria, where he started his stage as a consultant.
Felipe worked for 10 years in this Austrian company, helping more than 100 multinationals in topics related to electronic invoicing and legal reporting worldwide.
Having, then, the opportunity to meet incredible companies, products, processes and people. Today, he has a branch of the Austrian company in Valencia Spain, where he started a family.

From all this trajectory, Felipe fulfills the dream of being the bridge for Brazilian entrepreneurs who, like him, want to do business outside Brazil.
Singular Spark is, therefore, this purpose of encouraging Brazilians who have already built successful startups, to reach new heights and have even more results in Europe.
